I worked with Jim Morris in the Service Dept. He was AMAZING!The radio in my 2014 Rav4 malfunctioned around 45,000 miles. I had a 3rd party extended warranty with Fidelity, but was still nervous about what it covered. Jim was encouraging and said we'd call them and see what they could do.
