My vehicle was in for a coolant flush and fill (2009 Prius) and the work was done as prescribed. The facility was clean and the customer service was good.
As always the customer service was great and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. The only thing I would change Toyotas policy with coupons. I had a coupon arrive at my house the same day as my service, I think your employees should be able to access and apply current coupons for services for all returning customers. This policy is offered at other locations I frequent and it keeps me as a current customer.
Very happy with the services - personnel were courteous and professional. Service completed within timeframe as quoted.
Routine tire rotation & oil change. Said wait would be 1- 1 1/2 hours. 1 hour wait.Fantastic customer service. Mark Grimsley of Blue Team is great.
