The Big Man himself, Santa Claus, will make his grand entrance by horse-drawn carriage, upping the excitement factor for children of all ages.

What’s Christmas without some twinkle, sparkle, and dazzle? The Warrenton Christmas Parade checks all those boxes and then some, especially at the event’s grand finale. Following the parade, Mayor Carter Nevill will light the town Christmas tree on the courthouse steps. Then attendees can look to the night sky for some ooh- and aah-worthy fireworks signifying Warrenton’s official kickoff of the holiday season.

This year’s Warrenton Christmas Parade will take place Friday, December 6, at 6 p.m. along historic Main Street. Parking is available in designated lots around the parade route, so be sure to check out the parking map online before you head out. This event proudly supports Toys for Tots, the U.S. Marine Corps’ far-reaching effort to share the spirit of Christmas with everyone.
