Great salesman great dealership quality cars and trucks

Had a dashboard full of warning lights go off on my RAV 4. They got me in the next day, and had it ready for me the day after. Had a nice rental at decent rates.Bill was straightforward with no add-ons or surprises. They didn't press me to have maintenance work done.. everyone was polite and professional. Would highly recommend

Scheduled an appointment for later in the week mid day. Shawn and his team were able to make room for me last minute same day far exceeding my expectations. I was addressed by multiple staff members, eye contact was made, they shook my hand, and assured me everything would be handled the right way the first time, which in today’s world is more uncommon than not. 10/10 recommend.

Warrenton Toyota treated me how I wish I were always treated at a car dealership: like a regular guy in a normal store. Not like a walking wallet or a prize to be won. It’s rare, but important, to be respected when faced with purchasing decisions this large—but Warrenton did it. For starters, they do not accept reservations on cars, so they literally cannot scam you out of a deposit, and there are no games for when cars are or aren’t on the market. LOVE that! They also only sell to the DMV area, which really emphasizes their commitment to locals. I bought as a Maryland resident too, and that went very smoothly. During the buying process, I was helped by Jay Shouib and Marci Canard. Jay and Marci were easy to talk to, didn’t oversell me, and were both friendly and professional throughout. I find institutions like dealerships to be stress-inducing and unnecessarily predatory, but these two were amazing. Especially thanks to Jay, who personally saw my purchase through from start to finish, and even helped me get settled into my new car! I don’t know if it’s because they’re family-owned or small, but they run a tight ship. I get the sense that I can trust them, and my only wish is for them to be closer to where I live for service.

We bought my daughter a 2026 Toyota Camry earlier this month and had an amazing experience at Warrenton Toyota. Anil, the Sales Manager, was straight forward and direct when going over pricing...no tricks or hidden fees. And Matthew was a great salesperson, going over all the features of the car with my daughter and making sure she felt comfortable with everything. We had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new Toyota!

I don't believe buying a car has ever been as easy as it was with Anil and Jose!! Both were very informative, professional, and friendly. I did not feel any pressure that they "had to make a sale" with me and genuinely wanted me to love what I was buying. I bought a new 4runner in May from this dealership. My salesman was Julio, who was a no-pressure kind of guy. My wife and I traveled over 600 miles looking at Toyotas and wound up coming back to Warrenton Toyota because the salesman was nice and they had what we were looking for.

We recently purchased a vehicle at Warrenton Toyota. This was not our first purchase with this dealership and it won’t be the last. Jay and Anil made the process as smooth and fast as possible. Car buying is often extremely stressful, but they made it easy. They explained each step and answered every question. We had more questions about the car after we drove off in it and received immediate responses by text and phone. We look forward to continuing the relationship with their service department, which we know from past experience is top-notch. We highly recommend using them to purchase a Toyota.

When I needed the right vehicle for all the activities and things going on in life and for our family, I stopped by to see what was in stock or on the lot. Because we had recently purchased the wrong Car (it was spur of the moment purchase... OOOPS) and really needed to see if we could make a switch to the right vehicle with out breaking the bank for our mistake. I knew it would be tough, I know there were some details that would need to be worked out. Well when I stopped in to see what was on the lot. I saw the right vehicle immediately. A 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport Pearl white (my favorite) Sitting to the left of the building. (location is an important detail) I made some contact online and connected with Mark Arstino. Mark was patient working with me, understanding what I was trying to accomplish. Mark listened and showed me the Truck coordinated all the steps and details easily no drama! While going through the details and payments etc I was introduced to Bryan Meridieth who worked with me on what all the numbers worked out to get me to a comfortable arrangement that we both felt good about. Again, No drama No games. Both Bryan and Mark were so easy to talk to friendly. And ZERO pressure! My family and I have purchased multiple Toyotas from Warrenton Toyota of which my family still has them. As it turns out the 2 previous vehicles we purchased 2021 Camry, 2021 Venza were both sitting in the same parking spot when we found them. In any case, Best experience shopping and buying the vehicle we needed. We had been working with Anil to find the perfect car for our mom, and as soon as a Highlander that met all of our requirements became available, he reached out right away with photos and all of the details. He took the time to walk us through all of the financing options, and by the time we arrived at the dealership, everything had already been discussed and prepared. Don't go anywhere else to buy a car! I have bought over 5 vehicles here, and every time the experience is phenomenal, professional, and simple from start to finish. The people who work at Warrenton Toyota are honest. Money cannot buy that. I rarely write reviews, but yea. If you aren't buying a Toyota, what are you doing? And if you are buying a Toyota, why aren't you buy a Toyota at Warrenton Toyota? And if you're buying a Toyota at Warrenton Toyota... good. You have rest assured in all aspects in one of the most stressful and deceptive industries out there. Warrenton Toyota sets the standard, it seems very few others can meet that.

When I go to a dealership I expect to be screwed. That hasn't been my experience for the two times I ve been here. Good state inspection, and the repairs have been cheaper than Firestone. Their service team is doing a great job and the service managers evidently know how to run a shop. Adding: the first time I went there was to replace the oilfilter housing that a completely different dealership over torqued, a seperate shop stripped it because it was seized. Anyhow, the shop was short staffed, it was an odd day to be at the shop and I forget why. But they didn't cut corners. I did my oil change myself and the filter housing came out like God intended. So whoever put it on thank them for not doing what everyone does.
