The work was all done properly (I assume) but no one talked to me after my car was serviced. The mechanic (or someone) led me to the sign out & pay counter, but no one told me about the service they did or that my tires only have another 10,000?? miles on them etc. They mark on the check-out sheet 6/32 for front tires and 5/32 for rear tires- what exactly does that mean??? Kind of sad because I love my Hybrid RAV 4 and have loved all my other Toyotas. The other Toyota places that I've gone to (on Duke Street, in Raleigh, North Carolina, Bozeman, Montana, Austin, Texas, Miami, Florida and Madison, Wisconsin to name a few) have all had 'exit interviews' where the service manager talked to me, explained what they had done and what (if any) things might be coming up. That is part of what Customer Service means to me. I guess Warrenton Toyota isn't the best place for me.
