Very positive experience on all aspects of purchasing our 2025 Highlander from Warrenton Toyota. Julio was great to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had good communication on delivery of the vehicle from the factory to the dealership. The vehicle was well prepped and ready for our “orientation” and final delivery. The business office was highly efficient and all necessary paperwork was quickly completed. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Buying out Grand Highlander Hybrid from Warrenton Toyota was hands down the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. We had a particular model and color combination we wanted and Warrenton Toyota was the only dealership in NoVa who could get exactly what we wanted. Our sales consultant, Mark Arstino initially met with my husband and then kept us updated all along the journey until we were able to purchase the car. He stayed late for us so we could pick up the car and then sat with me for a good 20 minutes explaining everything I needed to know before driving our new Grand Highlander home. Marci Carnard, the Financial Services Manager was amazing too, making sure that all the t’s were crossed and the i’s dotted. Overall, everyone at Warrenton Toyota was exceptionally professional and kind. As someone who really doesn't enjoy the car buying process, I would definitely go back to Warrenton Toyota and I encourage you to do the same

As most people are, I so excited for my NEW 2025 Highlander to arrive but on the other hand my whole world was falling apart with my husband was placed on hospice care. Then Julio called to let me know my car was in I informed him there was NO WAY I was leaving my husband to travel couple of hours to pick it up. Julio went to work and asked his manager if he could deliver my to me. Needless to say he was approved to do this. I was so touched with the compassion from the staff and Julio that delivered my car. Mark Arstino helped us purchase a new Grand Highlander over the weekend. He was very informative about the vehicle, he worked with us to finalize a price and was friendly throughout the process. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Warrenton Toyota is not my local dealership, I chose to come here because they were the only dealership that I could find that had the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an internet inquiry and Matt responded quickly. He confirmed the vehicle details and we arranged a meeting for the next day. I arrived a little early, Matt greeted me immediately. He already had the vehicle pulled up ready for me to test drive. I probably should have negotiated, but they had the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price, so we quickly agreed to terms. Anil in finance was great! No pressure, he took the time to answer all my questions and did not badger me to buy additional products. My whole buying experience was about two hours total. I love my new Corolla Cross, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience!

Our experience was a 10 out of 10 with Warrenton Toyota. we had purchased a few Toyotas here years ago, moved further away from Fauquier County but just bought a new 2026 hybrid from them. I loved their organization, automatic reminders, faithfulness to its representations about price, no extra fees assessed, delivery of our car, prepping it and having it ready for us, showing features on the car upon pickup, and getting out of Finance swiftly, etc. It was an issueless process. The salesperson, Tom Bonesteel, was so great to work with - friendly, responsible, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with him.
