My experience at Warrenton Toyota was the best. Tom and Anil were the friendliest and most accommodating, knowledgeable and all around awesome staff at Warrenton Toyota. Service department was also super friendly. I bought a new car, so I haven’t used the service department yet, but I plan to!

Mark Arstino showed a lot of patience, kindness, and humor while walking my husband and I through over 5 options within our price range, including test drives. We made a purchase we are comfortable with and excited about thanks to his expertise and willingness to give us straight information. He even left us to talk in private. I never expected to have a stress free experience at a dealership, but Warrenton Toyota clearly values their employees and customers as people part of their community.

My husband and I bought a Highlander XLE from Tom Bonesteel. This dealership is not close to home but they had the vehicle with all of the options we wanted. We were on a tight timeframe with specific requirements and Tom was flexible and accomodating of all of our needs. Anil was prepared and got us thru all the financiing portion of the transaction quickly and easily. Great experience!!!

I had a great experience here. I only stopped by because I wanted to test drive a smaller-style Toyota I’d never seen and walked out with a beautiful brand new RAV4. I was seriously interested in buying a new car, but hadn't planned on buying it that day. My salesperson, Matt, was fantastic. He took the time to explain a lot of things to me, let me test drive a couple of cars and was not high-pressure whatsoever. The manager. Anil George, was equally fantastic and accommodating. The process could not have been smoother. Everything was explained to me, and they even walked me around the facility to show me where everything was. I am beyond impressed by their professionalism. I know a lot of car dealerships have really bad reputations, but this place is absolutely worth your business! I was not only treated well, but feel like I got a really good deal.

Mark Arstino helped us purchase a new Grand Highlander over the weekend. He was very informative about the vehicle, he worked with us to finalize a price and was friendly throughout the process. Buying out Grand Highlander Hybrid from Warrenton Toyota was hands down the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. We had a particular model and color combination we wanted and Warrenton Toyota was the only dealership in NoVa who could get exactly what we wanted. Our sales consultant, Mark Arstino initially met with my husband and then kept us updated all along the journey until we were able to purchase the car. He stayed late for us so we could pick up the car and then sat with me for a good 20 minutes explaining everything I needed to know before driving our new Grand Highlander home. Marci Carnard, the Financial Services Manager was amazing too, making sure that all the t’s were crossed and the i’s dotted. Overall, everyone at Warrenton Toyota was exceptionally professional and kind. As someone who really doesn't enjoy the car buying process, I would definitely go back to Warrenton Toyota and I encourage you to do the same
