What Is ToyotaCare?

With the purchase or lease of every new Toyota vehicle, you get a no cost maintenance plan for two years or 25,000 miles. The no cost maintenance plan includes services, such as engine oil and filter changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, inspect and adjust fluid levels.

You also get 24-hour roadside assistance if it's needed during that time period. With your 24-hour roadside assistance you get services like battery jumpstart, tire service, lockout protection, winching, emergency fuel delivery, and towing.

If you need a tire service we will replace your impaired tire with an inflated spare. Or if you need an winching service will will extricate your vehicle from any ditch, mud, sand, or snow; however, the vehicle must be immediately adjacent to a regularly traveled road and capable of being serviced with standard service equipment. If you need a tow service, then we will tow your vehicle to the nearest Toyota dealership.

When Should I Get My Vehicle Serviced?

Each vehicle is different and depending on how often you drive your vehicle can impact how often you should get your vehicle serviced. A good rule of thumb is to base your services on your mileage, but you can also refer to your vehicle's owners manual for a specific service schedule.

Fluid levels inspections, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections should be scheduled for every six months or 5,000 miles.

Oil and filter changes should be scheduled for every 12 months or 10,000 miles.
